USE:
Fresh green pepper cheese, with its soft, creamy texture and aromatic, fresh and slightly spicy flavour, it pairs perfectly with fresh and dried fruit, such as pears, apples or walnuts, and delicate honeys. Ideal with fresh white or light rosé wines. It enriches salads, vegetable dishes and hot appetisers, adding a unique aromatic and spicy touch.
