USE:

Ricotta is a fresh cheese with a delicate flavour and an creamy texture, extremely versatile in its pairings. The most classic include honey, fruit jams, dried fruits such as walnuts or almonds, herbs and fresh vegetables, perfect for salads. Among its more unusual pairings are citrus fruits such as orange or grapefruit, mild spices such as saffron or pink pepper, caramelised vegetables, or dark chocolate.
