Pasteurised cow's milk, salt, rennet, cracked black pepper. Free from preservatives and additives. Edible rind

THE ORIGIN OF THE MILK:

Val di Non, (Trentino – South Tyrol, ITALY)

CONSERVATION:

store at temperatures between 0°C and 8°C

AGING:

aged approx. 3 months

USE:

The peppered semi-aged Nostrano is distinguished by its bold, slightly spicy character, ideal on its own or with sweet and crunchy accompaniments. It pairs wonderfully with acacia or wildflower honey, pear, fig and cherry jams, and with nuts such as walnuts and almonds.

It elevates dishes such as polenta taragna or risotto with a rich and tasty touch.

To complete the experience, smooth, structured wines are recommended, to bring out its unique character.
