CONSERVATION:
store at temperatures between 0°C and 8°C
AGING:
aged approx. 2 - 3 months
USE:
Fresh Nostrano has a semi-hard texture and is excellent as a table cheese; thanks to its mild and delicate flavour, it lends itself to numerous preparations. Ideal with polenta taragna or combined with pears as a refined filling for puff pastry dumplings. Perfect when served with still white wine, which brings out the smoothness and balance of the flavours.
