USE:
The cheese of the Latteria (dairy), with its mild and delicate flavour, can be enjoyed at the table, either on its own or with fresh bread or jam. Thanks to its soft texture, it is perfect for melting in hot preparations, such as toast, sandwiches, polenta or risotto, adding creaminess and flavour without overpowering the other flavours.
